The Supreme Court of Pakistan while taking serious notice of non-transfer of DPO Sialkot and police high-ups failure in deputing an honest and efficient police official for the recovery of one Bashir, has directed the law officer to approach the IG Punjab and seek necessary clarification. The DPO Sialkot had failed to get recovered Bashir.
The apex court after giving the DPO some chances had directed IG to change him and appoint some other efficient police officer.
