'Public-private partnership is being given full importance under Punjab Chief Minister's program in addition to efforts of Education Department, Literacy, Special Education and Punjab Education Foundation'. This was stated by Qudsia Lodhi. Minister for Special Education, in a function here on Sunday.
She said that as a result of government efforts to promote education, colleges have been upgraded to university level. Besides giving free education to school children, primary and middle schools have also been improved and upgraded in the province. The Minister said that literacy and Special Education Department had been established for disabled children in the province.
