The book titled "Company law and practice in Pakistan" would help the business community understands the company laws, as it is the first book of its kind published in Pakistan wherein corresponding sections of the Indian Companies Act, 1956 have been given, along with sections of the Companies Ordinance 1984.
LCCI President Mian Shafqat Ali expressed these views while talking to author of the book Nasrullah Khan Baber who called on him to present the book, said an LCCI's spokesman here on Friday. LCCI Vice President Aftab Ahmad Vohra was also present on the occasion.
