Azad Kashmir Prime Minister Sardar Atiq met with Sindh Governor Dr Ishratul Ibad here at the Governor House on Saturday night and exchanged views on various matters of significance. The governor congratulated Sardar Atiq on his election as prime minister of Azad Kashmir, a statement issued here on Sunday said.
Both the leaders also discussed ongoing programmes in the province for the welfare of Kashmiris dwelling in Sindh.
Sardar Atiq appreciated the efforts of the Sindh governor for establishment of peace, development works and particularly creating a conducive environment for investment in the province.
He said the development of Karachi warrants progress of the entire country.
