Polling for a seat of the Kashmir Council would be held at AJK Legislative Assembly building on August 5. Nomination papers can be submitted on August 01.
According to the election schedule notified by the Chief Election Commissioner Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Justice Riaz Akhtar Chaudhry, scrutiny of the papers would be held on the same day. Appeals would be decided on August 03. Candidature could be withdrawn on August 04, he added.
