No power supply to village

Residents of Chak 335/WB and adjoining areas are living without electricity, as area transformer was burnt five days ago. The area people said despite repeated complaints, Mepco authorities have turned deaf ear towards their plight.
A delegation, led by UC Nazim Muhammad Ishaq Jat, went to SDO Wapda-I, Tibba Sultanpur, Irfan Bashir, for the redressal of the complaint, but he said the transformer could not be repaired as the Wapda had no funds. He demanded Rs 10,000 to get the transformer repaired.
