The underpass at Clifton has overnight turned into a swimming pool due to rain. All those responsible for the construction of this dual-purpose underpass must be congratulated - a marvellous feat - underpass-cum-swimming pool.
This should be a good lesson for them when constructing future underpasses where the provision should be made for the easy availability of swimming trunks.
