NetSol Technologies Limited has achieved Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Level 5. According to a press release issued here on Friday, Rayney Wong, an authorised lead appraiser from the Software Engineering Institute USA, made the announcement of CMMI Level 5 for NetSol Technologies in the presence of 500 NetSolians.
The CMMI Level 5 is the highest level of quality standard and the NetSol Technologies Limited is the first Pakistani company which has achieved the award.
Speaking on the occasion, Salim Ghauri, Chief Executive Officer NetSol Technologies Ltd, said NetSol makes Pakistan proud. He said the quality standard achieved by the NetSol Technologies Ltd, would bring Pakistan at the global IT map. According to him, the company would be able to win contracts for software products world-wide after achieving the highest-ever level of quality standard in the field of IT. He said the NetSol Technologies was an IT service provider company with a worldwide presence. The international customers would be looking at Pakistan more seriously now onward and the quality standards maintained under the CMMI Level 5 would make NetSol further prominent in the international business arena.
He further said that NetSol Technologies was the first company in Pakistan which achieved 1S0-9001 certificate back in 1998 and since then the company has been working hard to implement and execute world-acclaimed quality standards and merits. He said the NetSol Technologies has already achieved CMMI Level 1, 2, 3and 4 and present 5th one is another feather in NetSol's cap.-PR
