Dilapidated buildings must be demolished immediately to avert any monsoon-related emergency, said a spokesman for the Faisalabad Development Authority. "Dangerous buildings are a threat to innocent lives," he said, adding that owners of the dangerous buildings had been asked to demolish such structures as soon as possible.
