A human head of some unknown youth was found outside the Defence Secretariat, which caused panic in the area. Police took the head into its custody and started investigation. Eyewitnesses said sweeper found it at about 4 pm from a garbage dump on Wednesday and informed the Defence Secretariat security staff about the presence of a head.
Tariqabad Police arrived and took the head into its custody and shifted it to District Headquarter Hospital. The body of the unidentified deceased youth was not found as police frisk the surroundings, they added. Doctors in DHQ after examining the head informed the police that the ill-fated person was murdered four hours earlier. Police have registered a case and started investigation to find the cause of murder.
