MARKET ANALYSIS: Rupee continued to show upward trend versus the US dollar in the kerb today. The US dollar set off new day's trading at its overnight closing rates of Rs 60/47, shed significant grounds and changed hands at Rs 60/40 at close of markets on Thursday. Thus, rupee gained 0/07 paisa against dollar in the open market dealings.
