Citigroup Global Markets on Tuesday won $1.5 billion of Texas' $4.6 billion tax and revenue anticipation notes, according to the final list of received and accepted bids on the state comptroller's note auction Web site.
The notes, which had a 4.5 percent coupon, were sold in a competitive auction with a weighted average net interest cost of 3.598 percent, according to the Web site.
