MARKET ANALYSIS: Rupee shed major grounds against the dollar in the kerb today. The local currency started off new day's trading at its overnight closing rates of Rs 60/40, gave up grounds and changed hands at Rs 60/50 at close of markets on Saturday. Thus, rupee recorded a loss of 0/10 paisa versus dollar in the open market dealings.
