LHC orders shifting of case to ATC

The Lahore High Court (LHC) has allowed petition of Hina, daughter of former minister Derrick Siprin and directed to shift the case to anti-terrorist court (ATC).
The petitioner had approached the court against shifting of case of her father from ATC to an ordinary court. The petitioner contended that the respondent illegally and with mala fide intention transferred the case to an ordinary court. She therefore prayed to the court to allow her petition and declared the shifting of the case as illegal and without lawful authority.
The court, after hearing petitioner's counsel at length allowed the petition and set aside the decision to shift the case of her father to an ordinary court.
