Such practice, can lead the student towards realms of success in the respective field of education, brightening his own and country's future. The minister regretted that male education ratio was declining day by day and apprehended that if the boys did not focus on education properly, there would be a social crisis in the city within next twenty years with higher female literacy rate as compared to men.
He said, girls were taking more interest in education as compared to boys and predicted that every mother in Rawalpindi will be graduate in next ten to twenty years. Earlier in his welcome address, Director IICC, Shafiq-ur-Rehman highlighted the importance of hard work and said, determination, dedication and devotion were the only keys to make everything possible in this world.
