The Lahore High Court (LHC)'s office returned a petition filed by President Peoples Lawyers Forum Mian Hanif Tahir praying to the court to direct Speaker National Assembly to call national assembly session for impeachment of President General Pervez Musharraf.
The LHC office, while returning the petition, observed that petition is not maintainable.
