As many as 10 people were injured in a road mishap, when a bus carrying the labourers to Port Qasim fell from Jinnah Bridge here on Monday. A contract carrier, EA-189, fell down from Jinnah Bridge by breaking it protective barriers owing to over speeding.
As a result, 10 labourers of Port Qasim Authority, who were travelling in the bus were injured. Soon after the accident, the KPT officials , Police, Rangers, and volunteers of Edhi rushed to the spot. They shifted the injured to the Civil Hospital Karachi (CHK).
Those, who injured in the mishaps, are Saeed, Salahuddin, Hasan Khan, Jamal, Israr, Muhammad Nasir, Hussain Khan, Ali Badshah and Qasim. The CHK doctor said the condition of two of the injured are critical.
