The Lahore High Court (LHC) has adjourned till October 10, the proceedings in a petition filed by a Scottish woman for custody of her daughter Iram. The court had directed the father of Iram to surrender her passport before the court and accordingly he surrendered the passport.
The court also restrained Iram and her other family members from issuing any statement. The court, while proceeding with the case also observed that court could not hand over her to any embassy.
