NWFP minister for information technology Hussain Ahmad Kanju, while hailing the decision of the arbitration tribunal on net hydel profit, greeted Chief Minister Akram Khan Durrani and Minister Siraj-ul-Haq for successfully pleading the case.
In a statement here on Wednesday, he said that it was great achievement of the MMA government to uncap the net hydel profit besides recovery of Rs 110 billion arrears.
He said that it would give boost to the economic activities in the province and raise the living standard of the common man. He added that the profit would be spent in the social sectors in the backward areas of the province.
