At least three persons have died and another 47 injured when a speedy bus of Kohistan Company No SAF 9476 hit a parked bus of Nadir Company No JA-4149 from back side at Bagar bus stop, some 80-km north-east of Multan on Saturday, and then it collided with a truck coming from opposite direction.
Resultantly, three persons died at the spot who could not be identified and their bodies were kept in Tehsil Headquarter Hospital, Kabirwala. Of them eight passengers are stated to be serious and they were shifted to Nishtar Hospital Multan. They are Waseem, Muhammad Sadiq, Rashid Bibi, Asima, Muhammad Asghar, Muhammad Alam, Suhail Munir, and Altaf Salim. Police said that a coach coming from Multan collided violently head-on in a bid to overtake another vehicle. The other coach coming from opposite direction.
