The establishment of the proposed Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) to replace the Export Promotion Bureau (EPB) is expected to be announced within a few days. Tariq Ikram, Chairman EPB announced this while addressing the members of Pakistan Leather Garments Manufacturers and Exporters Association here on Saturday.
He said that the major issues have been resolved while the some minor things have left which are in the process. He pointed out that there would be big change after establishing the new organisation, which would boost the country's exports. The TDAP would provide facilitation to exporters outside Pakistan. Training would be provided to the all stakeholders and new blood would be inducted in this organisation.
