The Gulf Dream Cruise Company has announced the launching of a five-day cruise between Karachi and Dubai with effect from November 3, 2006. It will be the first of several such services planned. Pakistan's Ministry of Communication's Ports and Shipping Wing has granted licences to five parties wishing to operate cruise ships that call on Pakistani ports.
The Gulf Dream Cruise Company will offer various packages with the lowest fare at $549. The packages it offers are all inclusive.
Onboard facilities include five star hotel dining, complimentary room service, lounges, snacks and 24-hour restaurant. Among other attractions are concerts, comedy shows, magic shows, movies and dance floors.
