Faisalabad Dry Port (FDP) has handled as many as 2,739 containers during the month of September, showing an increase in export and decrease in import. Giving monthly progress report of export containers handled by the FDP, a spokesman said that it handled 2648-export container during the month of August.
However, the number of exports containers increased to 2,739 during the month of September, showing an increase of 91 containers. About import containers, he said that FDP handled only 400 containers during September as compared to 407 cleared during the month of August.
