With a view to facilitate general public about posting of Eid mail, Pakistan Post has established stalls at Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi in the post localities effective from Wednesday.
At these places, postal staff shall facilitate mailing of Eid cards and gifts from general public till late night hours. The stalls would function in Jinnah Super Market in Islamabad, liberty market and Anarkali in Lahore, Sadar and Tariq Road in Karachi, says a press release.
Postage stamps, commemorative stamps and stamps' albums have been placed at these stalls. The people desirous to mail Eid cards will hand over these cards to postal staff for onward transmission to destinations. Eid gifts shall also be accepted at these stalls. Special mail arrangements have been made for speedy transmission of Eid cards and gifts collected through these stalls.
