The Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE) has approved the application for listing and quotation of the Term Finance Certificate of United Bank Ltd on completion of formalities required under the Listing Regulations of the exchange.
The KSE, in its notification issued here on Thursday notified that the trading in the TFCs of the bank would start from October 30. The delivery shall take place between the members directly as per the Rules and Regulations governing the "SPOT" Transactions.
The market lot will be one certificate of TCFs of Rs 5000 each. The TFCs of the bank shall be the eligible security and all the transactions shall be settled through the Central Depository System of CDC.
