The Lahore High Court (LHC) has directed the respondents to complete the process regarding promotion of Dr Muhammad Saeed of Sheikh Zayed Hospital. The court disposed of a petition with directions to the respondent to consider the promotion case of petitioner doctor in accordance with the policy.
The petitioner had approached the court against the promotion of two doctors Anwar A Khan and Dr Zafar Iqbal with prayer to the court to direct the respondents to promote him and also appoint him as Chairman Sheikh Zayed Hospital. The law officer appeared before the court and contended that no one could claim promotion in BS 21 as right and appointment as chairman of hospital.
The court after hearing the law officer and the petitioner counsel at length disposed of the petition with necessary directions to the respondents.
