Al-Khidmat Foundation, NWFP chapter under the special Eid packages has been distributed edibles and other things of daily usages worth of Rs 0.65 million in poor and needy people for which the Zonal Amirs of Jamaat-i-Islami were assigned the task to select the most deserving families to receive the package.
In district Peshawar, Al-Khidmat had been distributed 300 Eid packages, consisted of flour, Tea, Ghee, Bison and Pulses, among the needy and deserving families.
Provincial Director of Al-Khidmat told PPI that like the previous years, the foundation had been distributed Eid packages among the deserving people across the province however the peoples of earthquake areas were in special focus of the foundation.
