The water secretaries of Pakistan and India will meet next month in Washington for final round of talks over controversial Baglihar dam being constructed by India over River Chenab in occupied Jammu region, a top official said.
"Pakistan will go (into the talks) with a positive frame of mind," Water and Power Secretary Ashfaq Mahmood told reporters here on Monday. The three-day talks will start in Washington on November 7-9.
