Leonidas Georgiades has 25 years of Information & Communication Technology experience across Sales / Industry Management and Professional Services roles at NCR, and AT&T Global Information Solutions. For the past 10 years he has been leading the development of the Teradata market in the Middle East Africa Region which currently exceeds 50 customers.
He is experienced in leading cross functional teams to deliver information-driven business improvement and more effective business decisions and execution through the strategic and operational use of enterprise data warehouses and business intelligence analytics. He has worked with major customers in the Telecommunications, Financial Services, Airlines and Government industries across MEA region.
Leonidas is a panellist in the World Islamic Economic Forum in the session entitled 'Opportunities in Information, Telecommunications and Outsourcing - New Growth Models'. In this session the phenomenal growth of ICT and how it is reshaping the business world with digital convergence driving new industries and new business models will be discussed.
