Punjab Bar Council has announced to observe token strike for one hour on November 13, to express solidarity with the soldiers died in Dargai incident. The bar, in its meeting held with its Vice Chairman Muhammad Azhar Chaudhry in the chair, expressed its deep sorrow over the sad demise of the military soldiers.
The bar called upon the government to arrest the culprits of the incident and award them an exemplary punishment. The bar also asked the government to assure the protection of the life, honour and property of the people of Pakistan.
The bar urged the lawyer community not to appear before courts from 10 am to 11 am to express solidarity with the heirs of the victims of the Dargai incident.
