Rawalpindi Police have arrested one Zaheer, the alleged killer of three; Sajid Habib, his wife and his 18-month daughter in Khurram Colony, Sadiqabad.
Giving details of the case, in a press conference on Wednesday, the district police officer (DPO) Syed Saud Aziz said that the triple murder had caused panic and insecurity in Rawalpindi in general and in Sadiqabad area in particular.
"It was a challenge for police to trace the murderer. Our team worked hard and technically handled the case and succeeded in arresting, Zaheer, for killing three persons," he added. The DPO presented the accused before the media where he confessed his crime.
