The Lahore High Court (LHC) has adjourned till November 21 the proceedings in a petition filed by a British national Gopal Das praying to the court to direct the respondent government to vacate their house in GOR as his niece also approached the court with prayer to allow her to become a party in the case.
The petitioner contended that his father had left the house after partition but in his absence their gardener got changed their ownership and converted it to his name. He therefore, prayed to the court to vacate their house.
