Pace Barka Properties Ltd, a division of Pace Pakistan Ltd, has introduced a project near the Lahore airport, branded as Pace Circle. According to a press release, issued here on Friday.
Pace Circle is spread over 40 kanals and comprises of a 5-star Hyatt Regency Hotel with 300 rooms, Hyatt Service Apartments, Pace Circle Apartments and a Shopping Mall with 4 designated floors of retail area.
The project is being designed by Smallwood, Reynolds, Stewart, Stewart and Associates (SRSS) from Singapore. SRSS will be working in conjunction with an interior design consultant, P49 Design from Thailand and our project manager, Meinhard to deliver this project within three years.-PR
