The first "Hero Pakistani" collectors card, an initiative owned by the Pakistan Sports Trust, was purchased by the City Naib Nazim Nasreen Jalil at Agha Supermarket in Clifton.
The purchase of the card marked the kick-off the sales of 'Hero Pakistani' collectors card, which is available in all major retail stores throughout the city.
City Naib Nazim Nasreen Jalil said: "About 40 percent of our population is under 15. Given that the youth look up to sports icons and need opportunities to represent our country on an international level and the fact that the "Hero Pakistani" scheme will make Pakistan Sports Trust self subsisting, certifies 'Hero Pakistani' to be a praiseworthy initiative.-PR
