It is observed in Karachi that people are driving unregistered cars with disguised number plates which resemble the number plates issued by the Sindh Government Motor Vehicle Department.
"Applied for Registration" is printed as AFR-2006 in black and dark yellow background. The Government of Pakistan should strictly take note of this matter to avoid any untoward incidents like crimes, dacoity or anything that one can think of. This could prove a security threat as well.
