Five of a family gunned down

Five members of a family including three children were gunned down over a property dispute at Mohallah Ahmadpur, Muridke city on Saturday. Sajjad Shah entered the house of Tahir and opened indiscriminate fire at the family members.
As a result Tahir Shah, his wife Najaf Tahir, daughters Sundas Tahir, Sehar Tahir and son Tayyab Shah lost their lives. The police have arrested the accused and recovered a kalashinkov from his possession.
According to District Police Officer Dr Muhammad Shafique, a dispute was running between Sajjad Shah and his brother Tahir Shah over the ownership of a house.
