Governor Punjab Lieutenant General Khalid Maqbool (Retd) will be the chief guest of closing ceremony of three-day International Conference on "Sustainable Crop Production on Salt-affected Land" organised by Saline Agriculture Research Centre UAF on December 6. The closing session would be held in Old Senate Hall at 11am.
This three-day International Conference will be inaugurated by Chaudhry Nouraiz Shakoor Khan Federal Minister for Science and Technology on December 4, 2006 at 9am in Old Senate Hall. Professor Dr Riaz Hussain Qureshi former vice chancellor UAF will offer the welcome address and Professor Dr Bashir Ahmad Vice Chancellor UAF will be the Chairman of organising committee.
