Russian regional telecoms company CenterTelecom issued credit linked notes worth $115 million, Deutche Bank, the issue organiser, said in a statement on November 30.
The statement said the issue took place on November 28 and the order book was oversubscribed. CenterTelecom had said earlier the issue is aimed at restructuring the company's debt portfolio. CenterTelecom is a fixed-line operator which services Central Russia.
