The PML(Q) chief seems to be suffering from some undisclosed illness, which has transformed him into a megalomaniac politician. He is, therefore, not fit to lead the party to victory in the next general election.
The present Prime Minister is suffering from self-serving illusion and oblivious of the soaring prices of basic items since November 1999 resulting in frustration and alienation of the affected population against the government. His poor fiscal management has resulted in soaring trade deficit, devaluation of the currency and depreciation of the country's assets.
Besides, it has created greater inequalities, displacement and deprivation leading to ever increasing street crimes and corruption from Khyber to Kharadar.
Fortunately for Shaukat and Shujaat, the opposition conglomerate from Mayfair (London) to Mansoora is also rudderless and insensitive to the problems affecting the nation from within and around.
Their pernicious political activities so far have revolved round prejudice against the President in uniform although the same lot had profoundly adorned uniformed Ziaul Haq for 11 years (except PPP). Their political limitations and low intelligence quotient (collective IQ including that of dogmatic Imran Khan) have thus been exposed.
Hence, they pose no threat to the President in Election-2007. But he is certainly threatened by his incompetent comrades, the PM with the world's largest cabinet and the party chief in particular. He must, therefore, act fast and replace them to ensure success and re-assure people for a better tomorrow.
