He was addressing a certificate awarding ceremony among the participants of two-month gemstone cutting and polishing training project, a statement issued here on Sunday said. The mineral wing of the Petroleum Ministry and the Directorate General Mines and Minerals of NWFP jointly organised the course. As many as 74 participants including two women attended the programme. After the experiment in three cities, Jadoon added, such centres would also be established in other cities where mineral deposits were discovered.
