High Court of Sindh on Thursday adjourned the proceedings till February 2, in a petition challenging the process to award contract of Qadirpur Gas Compression Project by Oil and Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL).
The division bench comprising Justice Mushir Alam and Justice Mrs Yasmeen Abbasey was hearing a petition moved by Zafar Mehmood Malik, a shareholder in OGDCL. It may be noted here that Qadirpur gas field is located some eight kilometres from District Ghotki in Sindh Province.
