The Board of Directors of Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE), in its first meeting for the year 2007 held here on Monday, re-elected unanimously Zaffar A Khan as Chairman of the KSE board, said a press release on Tuesday.
The election was held in accordance with the Articles of Association of the exchange, whereby the chairman is elected by the board from non-member directors. Zafar A Khan was the chairman of the KSE board in 2006 as well.-PR
