Professor Dr Najma Najam, Vice Chancellor of Fatima Jinnah Women University has said that art exhibition of Fine Arts Department depicts the creative abilities of the students. She was talking to reporters after inaugurating a two-day art exhibition at the university on Tuesday.
She said that the exhibition would be opened for general public to encourage students for holding exhibitions outside the varsity. Dr Tabassum Shaheen told Business Recorder that ceramics, as subject, was for the first time introduced in the university while oil painting was included as compulsory subject. People appreciated the work of students and many artefacts were purchased by faculty members and visitors, she said.
