The first international property expo has attracted around $50 million business in terms of bookings and confirmations, said a press release received here on Tuesday.
The exhibition 'Metro World' held on January 20-22 at the Karachi Expo Centre, which was attended by foreign exhibitors from Gulf region and shown their gratitude. Over 25,000 Karachiites visited the Metro World exhibition and took keen interest in projects by local and foreigner builders and developers.
The exhibition was also participated by real estate agents, commercial and residential property developers, construction companies, consultants, architects and designers, interior decorators, property marketing companies, hotels and resorts, leisure clubs, farms, officer towers, shopping malls and investment companies.
The exhibition provided a highly effective networking opportunity for international and local exhibitors to showcase their projects and services on a unique platform with a truly international appeal. The Metro World allowed property developers from all over the world to showcase their respective development projects to the citizens of Pakistan, the statement added.
The locals in turn were able to view a world beyond their homeland and even fulfilled their dreams of sampling their most cherished destinations, the statement concludes.-PR
