In exercise of the power conferred by the Anti Terrorism Act, 1997 delegated by the federal government and after consultation with Chief Justice Sindh High Court, the government of Sindh has terminated the services of Feroze Mehmood Bhatti, Special Judge Anti Terrorism Court-II Karachi, with immediate effect.
As notified by the home secretary, Sindh the Presiding Officer/Judge Anti Terrorism Court-III, Karachi has been appointed as incharge/link to look after urgent and administrative work of vacant Anti Terrorism Court-II, Karachi, till further orders.
