Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Muhammad Ali Durrani has paid tribute to police officials for averting massive loss of life in Peshawar blast. Talking to private TV channel, he said, senior police officials of Peshawar by laying down their lives for the cause of public peace in Peshawar have averted massive loss of life.
The minister said the entire government machinery right from the President to the lowest ranking personnel of the law enforcement agencies are endeavouring to ensure protection of the lives and property of the citizens all over the country. He regretted the blast in Peshawar and called upon the people to remain calm and vigilant to foil anti Pakistan conspiracies of the enemies.
