President of Muttahida Majlis-e-Amal and Jamat-e-Islami Amir Qazi Hussain Ahmad has termed the Peshawar blast a target killing of police officials and an outcome of blind-folded pursuit of the US dictates by the government, which have made Pakistan a battlefield.
Speaking to a private TV channel he said all the incidents of terrorism and bomb blasts that are taking place in the country clearly suggested that the government has miserably failed to ensure safety of the lives and property of the people.
About differences in MMA Qazi said that are no differences in the MMA but there are two viewpoints on the resignation issue. He also demanded the government to hold free and transparent elections under the independent election commission and hand over the powers to the real representatives of the masses.
