Former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has said that the London All Parties Conference (APC) would end differences and misunderstanding among all the political parties of the opposition.
In an interview with a private TV channel he said all the opposition parties have made it clear that they would never ever side with any dictator and desired enforcement of true democratic order in the country.
The former Prime Minister said that since the Charter of Democracy is signed by the Pakistan Muslim League (PML-N) and Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarian (PPP-P) a vicious campaign of disinformation has been unleashed by the government against the opposition.
About the government's Kashmir policy Nawaz Sharif said, "The nation will make accountable who changed the Kashmir policy." The talks on equal basis with India were inevitable to resolve the core issue, he added.
He said that no government has changed its stance on Kashmir during the last 60 years, adding that the nation has not given any mandate to the general on the options that he has floated on Kashmir.
He said a joint strategy would be formulated for restoration of democracy in the country during the All Parties Conference and all the democracy-loving forces will participate in it.
