Jamie Dornan will soon reprise his role as Christian Grey in an upcoming erotic thriller 'Fifty Shades Darker'. While promoting the movie, the actor revealed he has dreams of appearing in a James Bond movie as the debonair spy who loves women.
According to The Sun, the actor joked about the iconic role during an interaction with Q Radio breakfast hosted by Stephen Clements. Jamie replied with his own rap verse as he quipped, "Dear Stephen, Im sorry it took me so long to respond Ive been running around the world trying to convince people Im James Bond".
Fans appeared to immediately pick up on Jamie's choice and start tweeting that they want Jamie to be the next James Bond.
The search for the next James Bond began after the current Bond, Daniel Craig, has refused to contact the studios to confirm or deny his participation in the next film. Producer Barbara Brocolli has conducted auditions for the role vacated by Daniel Craig. However, as of this time, the makers have not announced the lucky actor.
Meanwhile, Fifty Shades Darker will be released in time for the Valentines Day, February 10. The movie also stars Dakota Johnson as Anastasia Steele.
