Coke Studio sensation Momina Mustehsan has sung official anthem of PSL defending champion 'Islamabad United' and got an amusing response over it. The Pakistani singer, who is also the ambassador for the team, seems to have overdosed on auto-tune and does not appear to have a catchy tune.
Islamabad United, which goes by the mantra of 'United We Stand', released an anthem before the PSL kicked off from February 7 and Twitter has definitely gone bonkers over it. She has been compared to viral sensation Taher Shah who is known for his unusual lyrics.
It seems that Momina is recently coming under spotlight for all the wrong reasons. She has recently opened up about her broken engagement with Ali Naqvi. "No one gets engaged to have it called off, but sometimes things don't go the way you would have wanted to or thought. Such is life. Fortunately, the best part about life is that it goes on. It has to. I would appreciate if no further speculations are made," she wrote on her Instagram.
On the other hand, The Apex short film and music video festival in Tucson, Arizona has bestowed Taher Shah with an 'Iconic from the East award' for Angel and we really don't know why. Shah has also announced a complete movie after the success of his songs.
